When you use HeyHomie as a seller, the customer records, conversations, orders and analytics you create on your account belong to you. HeyHomie is the platform that holds and processes that data on your behalf — we are not its owner.

• You can export your customer list, conversation transcripts and order history at any time.
• You can delete individual customer records, conversations or your entire account, and we will propagate those deletions across our systems within 30 days.
• We will not use your customer list for our own outreach, sell it, share it for third-party advertising, or repurpose it for other sellers on the platform.

You are responsible for collecting the consents you need from your own customers and for complying with applicable law in the markets you sell into. See the Data ownership section of our Privacy Policy for the full statement.

HeyHomie currently serves sellers and customers in the Indian market. We plan to extend availability to additional markets in the future; until then, these Terms are written for use of the service from within India.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and our linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our website, you agree to be bound by, and follow, these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obliged to do so or to respond to you directly.
