How much does HeyHomie cost?

Which plan should I start with?
Start with Home Shop. It is free for 15 days and has everything you need to sell: your shop, checkout, delivery and the full AI salesperson. When you need automations, a helper login or dropshipping, move up to Busy Shop in one tap.
Why is the free trial only on Home Shop?
Every seller starts on Home Shop, so you can see real orders come in before you spend anything. It is not a demo version: it is the same shop and the same AI salesperson that Brand sellers use. When you upgrade, your products, chats, customers and orders all stay exactly where they are.
I am not sure which plan fits my business. Can you help?

How do I know when to move up?
Move to Busy Shop when you cross 50 products, need a helper to reply, or want follow ups to run on their own. Move to Brand when you have a team of up to 5, more than 100 products, want your own web address or want to connect your own Razorpay or Shopify store.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly?
The plans and features are exactly the same. Yearly is billed once a year and costs less: ₹6,000 instead of ₹8,400 for Home Shop, ₹12,000 instead of ₹18,000 for Busy Shop, and ₹24,000 instead of ₹36,000 for Brand, plus GST.
Can I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
You can upgrade anytime, in one tap. Monthly plans can be stopped before your next bill. Yearly plans stay active for the full year you paid for. See our terms for full details.
Money and charges
What will I actually pay each month?
Your plan fee, plus ₹10 for each order (never more than ₹1,000 in a calendar month, however many orders you get), ₹1 for each AI reply, and WhatsApp messages at your plan's rates, all plus 18% GST. Delivery and payment gateway charges apply only when you use them. Use the bill calculator to see your number.
Is there a limit on the ₹10 order handling charge?
Yes. Order handling is ₹10 per order, capped at ₹1,000 per calendar month on every plan. If you get 30 orders in a month, you pay ₹300. If you get 150 or 500 orders, you still pay only ₹1,000. The cap resets on the 1st of every month.
How does the ₹1 AI reply charge work?
Every reply the HeyHomie Business Agent sends costs ₹1, paid from your HeyHomie wallet. There is no separate AI plan. The agent is the same on every plan, with no reply limits. If you reply to a chat yourself, that reply is not an AI reply. The ₹1 does not include WhatsApp's own service charge: after 1,000 free service messages a month, Meta charges ₹0.15 per message, billed through your wallet.
Isn't ₹1 per AI reply expensive?
Compare it with a person. A helper to answer chats costs ₹12,000 or more a month, works 8 to 10 hours and replies in one or two languages. At 60 replies a day, the agent costs about ₹1,900 a month including WhatsApp's service charge, works 24x7 in 10 languages and follows up every lead. It costs as much as one ₹12,000 helper only at around 350 replies every day, and by then you would need two people on shifts. Try the comparison.
What is the HeyHomie wallet?
A prepaid balance that pays for usage: AI replies, WhatsApp messages and order handling. You top it up whenever you like, with a minimum top up of ₹500.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan, and our team helps you get your shop live.

What changes in WhatsApp pricing from 01/10/2026?
WhatsApp now charges per message. Every number gets 1,000 free service replies a month (replies within 24 hours of a customer messaging you). After that, service messages cost ₹0.15 each, and offers and order updates are charged as per your HeyHomie plan. Messages you type by hand in the WhatsApp Business App stay free. Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. HeyHomie connects the official WhatsApp Business API to the number you already use in the WhatsApp Business App, so your customers and chats stay with you.
Do I have to train the AI or build a chatbot?
No. Share your links, add your FAQs and policies, and the agent learns your shop. There are no flow charts to draw and no training to do. You can update what it knows anytime.
Will my customers feel they are talking to a robot?
No. Every reply goes out in your shop's name, in a warm tone and in your customer's language. You can step into any chat whenever you want.
What is the Homie Agent?
The Homie Agent (beta) is your guide inside the HeyHomie app, on every plan. Tap the Homie icon on any screen and it explains that feature, answers questions about your store, helps you solve problems and plan how to grow, and suggests campaign ideas, writes WhatsApp templates and makes campaign creatives. It is different from the Business Agent, which talks to your customers.
